I been going here for about the pass 4 yrs for different reasons. I find everyone to be very friendly from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. All the therapist are great and caring. They all try to motivate you to reach your therapy goal.

I had rotator cuff surgery and went to Nova Care at this location.My physical therapist was the best, compassionate to my pain but helped me through it. I know I wouldn’t be as far along as I am now without her help.If you can get “Jessica”as your physical therapist do so.Everyone is very professional any seems to be very knowledgeable.I could give it 10 stars I would.Toni

My mother’s home therapist made an appointment with van service, the day of the appointment the van never came, I called they said no van service was requested. I was sitting with the therapist when the van service was requested so that was the first mistake on NovaCare’s part. Then I rescheduled the appointment for Tuesday Aug 27, 11am, with van service, even had after a lengthy conversation with the clerk on the other end of the phone about what time she would be picked up. Well, no show again. I called NovaCare, and talked to Carla, Carla informed me that my mother was not scheduled for the van, again. This situation is unacceptable, irresponsible, and a total lack of professionalism. Also, when I tried to talk to a manager, I was told the manager does work until noon, so there is no manager or supervisor for 4 hours during the operation if hours of this facility. Not very good for the patients. Maybe the rehab is better than scheduling
