Forced to come here because 'it was in my insurance network'. $150 for a print out sheet with 4 basic stretches on it is a waste of my money and time.Was also told to come back in a month so i didnt have to spend so much money at once since my copay was so high. No one followed up or even cared to schedule me. They DGAF there.Don't bother with these places that you're forced to go to just because they're 'in the network' for your insurance- theres so many other options for pain relief & recovery that don't take insurance and you get so much more for the same price.

Worked with Nikiah Childs with her well informed, gentle, deep knowledge of my pre op needs for my knee replacement. Will be returning soon to continue my post op rituals with her.The Novacare space is set up and carefully designed in a medium size space that has many therapy choices. The staff is small therefore giving me a lot of personalized attention, that I prefer.

Zack is very thoughtful. He keeps checking that your form is correct and that you are progressing in strength and stability. He is very aware of the challenges that any physical disability poses for a patient. He makes suggestions and creates an individual comprehensive PT program to help correct the deficits. This has been my best PT experience

The physical therapist I was teamed up with..asked questions about my pain..did a consulation to see what was happening.. and she really helped me. I was kn so much pain and since coming there ..my pain has subsided and its getting better i camt wait to get back. Nykua Rocks

Zach is very knowledgeable and has a good young team working with him- There was no waiting and a cheerful, light atmosphere- After 2 weeks I am vastly improved and they gave me exercises that I can do at home- I would highly recommend

My 13 year old daughter did PT at NovaCare in Chestnut Hill to help strengthen her core and correct Kyphosis of the back.She had a great experience. We liked that this is a small, friendly, and upbeat place to be. John was incredibly positive and encouraging, and made her feel very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location, and would happily go here again if needed. Thanks!

All of the staff were very helpful. They gently pushed me when necessary, and helped me recover from an injury. If I need PT services in the furture this is will be my first choice.

I thought pain and Tylenol was my constant lifestyle until Dr. Schiffman referred me to NovaCare for PT. KendraK. LPT, did a thorough assessment and developed a routine to alleviate my joint weakness and Pain. I love the boutique spa atmosphere. We’re not overly crowded doing our exercises . Everyone is able to progress through their therapy and not wait for an apparatus. Check them out in the heart of Chestnut Hill!
