Kim is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, attentive, provides clear instructions and feedback…all with patience and sensitivity. I trust her completely to help me heal. The entire Fishtown staff has been nothing but supportive, kind and professional. Could not be happier with my choice to come here for my neck and low back issues. 10/10; highly recommend.

Joe Minissale and the team at NovaCare have been exceptional. In the weeks that I have been going their, I have noticed that they give every client focused 1on1 treatment specialized in what they want to achieve.

Kim is great! She helped me get my foot strength back after I sprained it. Basketball is my favorite form of exercise so I was really bummed out when I sprained my ankle, especially at my age. Kim was helpful, attentive, focused and knowledgeable. I felt in great hands with her.

I recently underwent surgery in my shoulder to repair a torn labrum. When I started PT around 6 weeks ago, I never thought I’d be where I am today. Andy has been terrific at giving me a routine that’s not only challenging, but fun. He’s given me a whole new appreciation for PT. My dr was very impressed with the speed I’m my recovery. I feel great and if I keep incorporating what he’s taught me I believe I will be even better than I was before my injury.

Andrew at Nova Care on Frankford Ave in Fishtown is a great therapist. I am a senior woman and he is doing wonders for my arthritic hip. He has a great personality and strong communicationskills.

I’ve been stretching, exercising, and getting regular chiropractic and massage therapy for years, and still had issues with debilitating low back and hip tightness. During my consultation with Kimberly Miller, she identified how my surrounding muscles were compensating for mobility, and how to target the problem areas. I was feeling so much better after only a few days. Visits are also cheaper than both chiro and massage.

These people are super unprofessional. I showed up for an appointment at my scheduled time and nobody was there. The door was locked, but they left the sign out. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I called another location in an attempt to figure out what happened and if someone will eventually show up. They told me there was a note in the system that I called to cancel my appointment because I had to go on a business trip. The lady then said there were no other appointments that afternoon so they closed up early. The issue is—I never canceled! The manager called me a few days later to reschedule and would not even offer any sort of compensation for my wasted time away from work. Stay away from this place!

I've been working with Kim so the past few weeks. She has been helping me with an IT band issue. She has been great. I highly recommend her to anyone needing PT.
