I too have been scammed ! in 2006 I had 16 windows installed by a contractor that I got from their sales counter !! in 2015 ,15 sashes went bad and I picked them up and replaced them myself ( Tony the contractor I got through Northeast building products never answered my calls ) then in 2018 10 more sashes went bad again I picked them up and put them in , both times under warranty no cost !! now the last 7 sashes have failed and they now say they do not have my warranty card on file, it will now cost me $795.00 for the 7 sashes that incidentally went bad over a year ago !! They are claiming they are under new management and the old owners were Lackadaisy and not keeping up with the warranties !! Oh and they just started enforcing this a couple of months ago around January of this year !! Iam going to small claims court and suing them for the cost of replacement for all 16 windows with a lifetime Warranty from a reputable company !! The main reason I purchased from Northeast building products was because of the lifetime warranty !! This should be a class action suit !!

This company is a sham. Bought windows 12 years ago. About 7 years in, 11 sash seals were compromised. Mold. The company backed the warranty. 2 years later 8 more sash seals gave out. After 5 months of back and forth with Northeast and the company selling their product, Northeast said they had no warranty card on file for this purchase, yet they have already warrantied the sashes two times. Now they want me to pay for the new sashes. Even if I sold the house, the transferrable warranty is worth 50%. Of course again they fall back on the warranty card. Since I have not located the card I must have sent them, how do I believe they can't find the card when they have had trouble finding pictures that I and the purchasing company have sent them.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read other one star ratings and others as well. This is not a reputable company.

We replaced all of the windows in our home & thought "Lifetime Warranty", that has got to be a good selling point. Well, given the chance to do it again I would take a 10-year warranty from a manufacturer that provided professional & satisfactory customer service. I have never had a worse experience & I myself am an Inside Sales Specialist. They manufacture the wrong sizes over and over again, they do not call back, and there just is no management that gets things done. No accountability, shame.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY windows from this company!!! I have eight windows with seal failures due to inferior products used that they will admit to but fail to cover the 10 year warranty as stated in the warranty packet. Windows started showing cloudy and mold build up after about 5 -6 years after install. They make every lame excuse as to why they will not cover warranty. They have horrible customer service, they do not return calls. They want you to purchase new windows. Why would anyone purchase more failed windows from a company that will not honor the warranty on the windows you already have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

the prices are descent the customer service is decent .. but if you buy a window that is guaranteed for life and you want a replacement they are horrible,, im a contractor and i have bought many windows from them. this means nothing to them .they whant you to jump through hoops and pray you give up. thats not a guarantee one day i got the right guy there ,, he looked up order,, he said just find out if you need bottom sash or the top call me back.. i called back next day and a women told me there is only two guys working there and both would not say that.. so i guess i made it up.. there premiere argon filled exspensive window lasted 8 years and all are foged up top and bottom, they are not worth the drive from levittown.

Buyer Beware! Do not buy windows from this company. Nine of our twenty windows are failing. NINE!! Almost half of our windows are filled with mold. Our windows were installed in 2013. We've called multiple times. We've talked to management. Nobody cares. They offer to email us some information so we can order new windows at full price. We reached out to a local window repair company and we're told this company has been taken over by new ownership and it's unfortunate but they have since gone down hill. And he nicely told us our Trustgard windows are '******

We replaced our entire house full of windows, and starting from year 2, every single window has had to be replaced multiple times! I have never seen anything like it, stuff grows between the glass, completely inconvenient, absolutely ridiculous for a brand new house full of windows! I do not recommend this company under any circumstances!

All windows purchased from this company were determined to be defective .... they agreed to replace under warranty ... contractor involved had major health issue and is now in a nursing home ... we finally located the manufacturer (this company) and have been unable to obtain warranty service because they no longer make this type of window ("because of issues"). They are willing to try to "repair" the defective windows IF we remove them, board up our house and deliver the windows to them. In the meantime the moldy film continues to grow between the two panes of "sealed" glass.

Super friendly staff. I stopped in to try and get some broken windows replaced and they politely informed me that they couldn't handle my repair since my windows weren't their brand but researched a company that would and Set me up with them. They even showed me how my windows were built incorrectly and how the repair would be made. I suggest them for their customer service and honesty if you're in the market for new windows.
