The NSquare Project is great. But the neighborhood is iffy. Middle of 1st Mutter St block north of the park is a long-time illegal speakeasy that blasts music late at night and drunks w/sidearms throw bottles everywhere. Totaled cars have been abandoned there. Maybe that's why price was so low five years ago. Nothing's new or improved.
