I’m very pleased with the work New Star Auto took care of my car. Bob assessed the damage, ordered the parts and assembled everything back together. My car looked brand new again. Thanks for a great job.

Looked up mechanic shops near my address last night and this shop popped up. Called at 9:20 Monday morning asking if they provided wheel alignments. A woman responded “no we don’t and please don’t call here at this time again.” The business hours obviously state they open at 9 am. She was rude and disrespectful. I would never do business with them.

My mother went to this shop today to get a few scratches painted on her bumper and when she arrived to the shop, owner made a racial joke to my mother. Then he tried to charge her $950 to paint a few scratches. We took the car to another shop and they only charge $650.
