I went the other day and they were not helpful. Today, I called ahead to see if they had the shoe I wanted in my size. They confirmed that they did and that they would put it aside for me. I got there 4 hours later (within the 24 hour window) and they told me that they did not have the shoe but asked if I wanted the men's shoe. It was a specialized carbon shoe that I was looking for so a substitute would not work. I will not go back to this store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Blatant inexperience in customer service and told ME I should go to the store 90 miles away for a pair of shoes they can’t send to the store. I have over 70 new balances but this takes the cake. I might as well switch brands at this point. Shoutout to the unaccomodating manager Will or whatever his name is who doesn’t want to help get shoes I want in the store. Never took my name down and just told me to call back to see if the package I want arrived after figuring out how to get it there. He needs to be fired immediately. New Balance Philly, do better.
