I worked in the office for the 2022 tax season last year. Ivor is unreliable, irresponsible, conniving, manipulative and he’s also a scammer. I have personally witnessed him change tax documents to receive a larger refund that goes directly to him with no knowledge relayed to client. Lastly, I sued Ivor for nonpayment of wages. However, after slandering my name Ivor has contacted me to come work for him for the 2023 tax season. To which I declined, after seeing how he operates with clients. I’ve been getting my taxes done by him for over 10 years and I will NEVER let him touch my info again. I’ve also contacted the IRS due to his fraudulent business practices. He’s also under investigation by the FBI.

I still do not have my money this happen to me the last time I'm thinking everything's going to be alright this time. I wouldn't recommend now if something happens in the next hour I'll let you know.??

This is the worst stay away from them. Used them last year to do multiple years taxes. We got audited and could not get in touch with them to get paperwork we needed for IRS, as a result we owe a lot of money. Once tax season is over they are gone

I cannot seem to get an answer pertaining to when I'm going to receive my refund one person tells me a few days next person tells me a few weeks then I get a answer that it'll be direct deposit now nobody's answering the phone
