Some of the workers are very disrespectful. The director is NEVER at the office and she is quick to say “ none of my workers to me about any complaints from you.” My son attended this daycare for 8 year. Yes he has had small issues with other kids that attend the daycare but never really big problems until personally property started to become damaged and my son was being verbally and physically abused by another worker and her child that attends the school. I made server arrangements to have my son kept away from the worker and the child but they failed at protecting him. I had meetings with the director but she really didn’t care and actions speak and she showed by the way she handled the situation my children and I was very unsatisfied. Any time there was an incident I had to hear the information from my son then bring it to their attention just to hear more about what happened. Just very unsatisfactory business that is being handled. Sad to say things have not been the same since Covid. Low on workers lunches are horrible. The kids eat Chef Boyardee about 3 times a week it’s horrible now and maybe if the director was there more a lot of things could have been deescalated a lot sooner. The establishment is very unorganized and the staff is out of control.

(Post from Facebook) So I received a phone call today from Ms. Lisa, to pick my 7 yr old son John up from Nana’s Daycare on Frankford & Tooresdale Avenue! Not a reason to why & what only that my child had got into a altercation. So I arrive to the daycare 5 minutes later only to find out that my 7 year old son was choke, dragged on the floor, hit or punch like he described it, taking to a bathroom where he says the lady was on him cursing at him and saying the B word, the N word & the F word. When I arrived I calmly asked her what happen before I entered the premises and she yell at me saying grab your kids & leave. I walked in and my child was gasping & crying hysterically, trying to explain himself. No other teacher at the facility even tried to inform me of the situation at all! They were just standing around. When I went up to her and asked her if she put her hands on my son she yelled and got confrontational..... I am already taking precautionary steps to make sure this doesn’t occur to any other child at any facility! This daycare has to be shut down immediately pending the investigation. Cameras are all around the premises, so I’m asking that the video be released!!!! Please share & make this go viral. My son is a child with a disability but no child or parent should be treated with disrespect & unprofessionally by any childcare worker! I am extremely upset & emotional seeing my son in this situation so please SHARE!!!!

This morning as I was dropping my son off at school. I saw one of the Van's dropping kids off at school, not properly stop, driver hopped out of the car to I assume help cross the kids, van was still moving forward and almost ran over 2 of their students. I'm hoping the parents were at least notified of the near miss. I don't understand why they can't take the kids to the school parking lot and walk them to school like the parents are required to do. Stopping on a busy street and making them crossover without making sure they even make it into the building is unnerving.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DAYCARE EVER DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE MY YOUNGEST WHO WAS UNDER ONE WENT TO THE FACILITY FOR 5 mos and my oldest daughter went there for about a month and a half... my youngest was coming home sick on a daily basis she had on other kids diapers ... pacifier.. bottles ect .. she also came home with ringworm twice and insect bites on her stomach..my 5 yr old came home and told me teachers were doinking my child in the head to force her head down to sleep for nap time because my daughter don’t like taking naps which resulted in my day hitting her head on a cott and had a bump on the back of her head.. I had to report it to the police and state ...

My kids been going to this daycare for years they keep changing the teachers every month and the staff they hire is worse then the ones beforeThey left my two year old daughter without a diaper on when my sister picked her up she had pee all over even in her sneakers, second time she had poop in her front area which I told the director of the daycare she said that she was going to speak to her staff it happened again and nothing was done I got pictures and proof of everything, yesterday night I go in the daycare they tell me my 6 year old son that is skinny and short broke a wall in the daycare and I had to replace it I asked for a copy of the incident report and surveillance and they denying it so I told them when I get proof I will pay for the damages and I told them I will call the state and report them and they said I was threatening them which that is not consider a threatThey called CCIS and said that my kids are no longer allowed in the daycare

They could be more organized, but they love those kids. And my kids are excited to go to school.
