I don't visit this place much often but when I do it usually be crowded so to my surprise the place was empty besides one person was there. I want to get my eyebrows and toes done, I normally read reviews but I know this place and I know they do good work. Well a lot has changed their work is sloppy. The piece of a brush got into the toenails polish looked like hair also she filed the toenails uneven I had to tell her to fix both. My eyebrows look a mess. And that will be my last time going there?

I like the people who work here Lee sister mrs Lee but the mink lashes that cost 50 why do they ball up when wet they are not water proof you have to change the brand of lashes other then that everything is ok

The customer service was horrible and I noticed they over charge with new clients . A Nail Tech tried to overcharge me with my Apple Pay payment it was a lot going on hopefully people read the reviews before going to this shop extremely GHETTO. I waste of time there’s no way I would recommend anyone to go .

Waited 40 minutes..They RUSH your services they seem to only do 10 min pedicures and nails were a mess my “Mink”eyelashes were off the same day!! waxed off half of my eyebrows! This place is not the same after Huong left. Will not be back. Don’t waste your moneyServices: Eyelash extensions

Went here 1 time wanted my nails,feet&? Eyebrows done .. they never done my feet eyebrows was horrible and my nails look like a child did them never again will I go back here

I said 3 different times I wanted regular, not gel nail polish. An older woman who I was told was the owner’s sister was angry that I wouldn’t allow her to upsell me, refused to do the sparkly accent she initially said she would do (“no, I’m not doing that.”) and tried charging me $40 for a $24 refill, claiming it’s “$5 to cut down and $5 to shape”. I asked to see a price list, which she could not provide, telling me I should have asked first. Other customers said they only pay $25. Another technician refused to look me in the eye. Finally, this woman said “ok, I will only charge $35”. This place is dishonest, don’t go here.
