The staff, including Brian, Dr. Lanell, Yulissa, and the supervisor Theresa, are described as excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, providing a top-notch experience from beginning to end.
Appreciate that you can easily book same day for an acute (but not dire and urgent) medical condition that doesn't require you to visit the ER! The staff and doctor were attentive and friendly and addressed my concern, plus screening and filling out forms is accessible online.
