Good clean room, comfortable bed, and slept well. Reception was great and went above normal service. Sadly, no discount on parking but would stay again.

The room was fine for the price. I liked the hotel. However within an hour and a half I saw one attempted mugging right outside, that no one seemed to react to except when I yelled HEY from across the street. Then everyone walked away like nothing happened. Then another guy I saw from the hotel window "pretend" to throw a punch at a woman. Again no one did anything. Both were Asian victims. I'd be careful if you are.

We really liked the Hotel Motto in Philadelphia. The staff are very friendly and attentive. At check-in we were recommended various sights and tips on where to eat. The rooms are rather small and the walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors very well. The fitness is also very clean and equipped with towels. What disappointed us a little was the parking prices. 43 dollars for hotel guests is a lot, but this is normal in large American cities. However, we would be happy to come back and can recommend this hotel to everyone.

perfect location to explore Philadelphia on foot! Hotel is much nicer than it looks from the outside. rooms are just very small.

Motto by Hilton is a hotel close to Rittenhouse Square. It's got a small front door but once inside it opens up to have access to 2 restaurants, a bar and a coffee shop. Digital access can be hit or miss through the app so it's best to get a card from the front desk if you plan on being out past 9pm. The staff are amazing, so nice and very helpful. We got a few things from the front desk. The rooms are small but cozy and they work well for what is needed. Location-wise it's in a good spot, blocks away from many things to see or eat and drink at. Overall this is a solid spot and we would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Though the room is small, it’s very clean and comfortable. Also, the front desk is very nice!

Exactly what you want from a hotel: a comfortable, clean place to stay. The lobby coffee shop was great. Will be staying again.

The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. The general concept is also good and very modern. The service was super accommodating. Unfortunately the room was not entirely clean and extremely small. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm went off due to low battery. We were given another room straight away, but the air conditioning was very loud. Parking in the parking garage opposite is more expensive with a hotel rate than without. On the day of departure, the cleaning lady asked when we would be leaving 3 hours before the official check-out.

Didn’t have a very pleasant stay. Also didn’t see any name tags or uniforms on the staff. One of them, can’t remember his name but he’s short, and looks like Jaleel White from Urkel and was very rude and obnoxious, the rooms are small, no amenities, no pool, and the food from the on-site restaurant is kinda gross.

Only the nice staff deserves a star!
Small micro rooms, noisy, dirty/dusty. Lower floors no view. No cleaning!
Continuous noise pollution on lower floors due to ventilation pipes and blowers in the neighboring hotel!! Price not justified.
Parking garage opposite very expensive!
Positive: good location, rooftop bar!

Queen rm 2 people, cozy clean rm. Staff here is incredible very nice stay.
Rooms: Micro hotel but they do offer bigger rooms if needed. Very clean
Safety: Need rm key for elevator only can go to your floor.
Walkability: Very walkable to nearby reasturants ect..

We were in town for a wedding. Great location, friendly front desk. Rooms just ok. Pay to get the bigger room if you're claustrophobic. The rooms are small, especially for the price. Check your towels before you get in the shower, we only had one and didn't realize it until we needed it. Everything was clean and overall quiet.
Rooms: Very small, like a college dorm
Walkability: Great location
