Professional and very knowledgeable , I had to call them at 10:30 at night and they got me out of a jam with my Pontiac in no time. Employees have great knowledge involving vehicles, they did a thorough exam after my wreck, and fortunately I was able to drive home with no issues! If you’re in the area and need services Mo’s is a great help, 100% would recommend!

As a towing company ourselves, NB Towing and Recovery, we understand the challenges that can arise with vehicle breakdowns, especially in the middle of the night. Recently, one of our service trucks broke down, and we found ourselves in need of assistance. Mo’s Towing was the only company that answered our call and provided the help we needed.
From the moment we reached out, their professionalism and commitment to customer service were evident. They gave us a precise ETA, which they adhered to, and their pricing was very reasonable. The situation was stressful, but MO’s Towing made it much more manageable with their prompt and reliable service.

They say 24hr service but I called a number of times on a Wednesday(7/24/24) at 3am, 3:30am, and again at 4am. I had a real emergency and needed towing they advertise as a company that provides 24hr services but didn’t bother to pick up the phone. I’d say don’t waste your time if you’re in need of a tow overnight. I can’t speak for their daytime service. But your word is EVERYTHING that’s a reflection of service. If you advertise something than stand on it!!

Great experience. Quick to answer the phone and come get me off the highway to my mechanic. Driver was super helping get my mom in and out of the truck.

Had me waiting for over a hour which isn't bad but kept telling me they were 15 minutes away then stop answering the phone, then text me when they finally pull up and pull off before I can walk back down the block. Must be a black owned buisness smh

200 $ 25 miles . Lied price . When he towed price goes up magically. Started crying for gas money . Charged me 250 . Very bad experience .

My sons car broke down in the middle of the road blocking traffic on a busy road at 7pm we have AAA they told us they could get someone out there but 11pm at the earliest, called Mo’s towing explained the situation he was there in 20 minutes moved the car for a reasonable price.

What a blessing this company was tonight!!!! So professional and courteous, We had a flat tire at CHOP in Phila and were unable to change the tire. I called this company and the gentleman who answered was so kind and patient. He told me a half hour and they were there sooner. Again such a blessing due to the fact that I have to get my daughter home in time for her meds and feed. These guys are so wonderful and we are forever thankful for their help tonight!!!!

I had called another tow truck company that left me waiting an hour and didn’t answer my calls. Then I called this company spoke to the owner, sent him my location he said I’ll be there in 20 min, and there he was on time. He was a great guy, very professional and amicable. Definitely recommend if you ever find yourself in some trouble, give them a call.
