Pretty terrible experience at this clinic. I arrived after I had burned my hand for a quick check-in and guidance on the severity of the burn. I got there 15 minutes after the burn at about 4:20p ET, near the end of their shift. I asked for some help, and one of the clinicians told me that they were closed. When asked what time they closed, he said 4:30p ET. When I pointed out that it was not 4:30 yet, he said "we're sweeping the floors, that means we're closed." I told him I was in distress and just needed someone to quickly look at my hand. He insisted and said I should go across town because they were closed...10 minutes early. I'm not sure what the point of the clinic is or even what the point of their posted hours is. If you're going to turn away patients in need while you're still open, then I'm not sure why you'd even get into the healthcare business. Floors were *very clean though.

If you value your time and dignity try somewhere else. I had a 10:40am appointment and showed up to sign in at around 10:30am. At that point 4 people were ahead of me on the list of patients. An hour later I still hadn't been seen and neither had the person who was ahead of me. The process is confused (you check in via computer and then you wait to see another person before even going to the place where you wait for the medical personnel). Nobody gives you any information. A lot of people (many of them coughing) were all sitting around, confused and wondering when they'd be seen. All-in-all, unfortunately, an incredibly unpleasant experience.

the minute clinic was supposed to be in my network as Atena is my health insurance provider. I even called and checked with my insurance. for a Strep test I ended up paying 162.72.... for an In network provider. F this service it is a scam.

Wellness visit - assistant was very unhelpful (from the start). They charge an additional $100 fee to fill in DMV form DL-180 (which involves ticking 5 boxes). I would not come here again.

Came at 12:30 for my 12:40 appointment time and got called at 12:47. Wasn't busy at this time. The nurse practioner was so nice! Her name is dr. McGrath and she was friendly and very helpful. I definitely will be going back!

By far the best walk in I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming to. I came here and saw Victoria LaFrance. She not only took the time to ask me important questions but she went above and beyond when we couldn’t figure out my insurance coverage on the computer. She sent me the bill in the mail so I would have time to contact my insurance company instead of charging me. She did not rush me out the door with prescriptions. She listened, let me speak, heard my concerns and what I thought. AND Made absolutely sure I wasn’t sicker than I lead myself to believe before she sent out my meds to my pharmacy. She was polite, quick, and all around a pleasure to be around. I wish she was my doctor more so than my current one. Thanks a ton!

This is for covid test and treatment. The practioner Kelly Morgan was very nice and she took time to have the process done. And at the end she prescribed the Paxlovid for me. From online appointment to office visit was fast and easy. Its better than Penn urgentcare, Mydoc, vibe urgentcare and AFP urgent care on Passyunk ave.

My doctor was very rude, condescending, and almost mocking why I was in for my visit. I was very appalled by the complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

Fast and easy. They take COVID-19 measures now, which also means walk ins at minute clinics are not allowed. Appointments only. You can’t come in until the doctor calls you. I had an appointment at 3:40, was called at 3:39. Was escorted to check in at the kiosk, which was 1-2 minutes to verify my info. Appointment done by a fast and efficient nurse practitioner. Was out the door by 3:52. 13 minutes total. Definitely recommend!

I'm definitely missing the option of going into CVS at any hour. I went for ice cream at 8:10pm yesterday and they have shrunk their hours yet again from 24 hours originally, to 11pm closing at first, and now it's 8pm!?!?! It sucks being out of coffee creamer at 5:30am, they don't open until 7am.

I needed a flu shot. Walk in wait times are always super high. I tried to get the attention of someone that works at the clinic to ask about the actual wait time and was ignored.

Great MinuteClinic. You don't wait long at all once you're signed in yet the practitioners take their time to learn your symptoms and find a diagnosis. Professional and courteous.
