Brett was amazing!! My fiancé and I shopped around in Philly for our wedding bands and finally found Milners! They had incredibly fair pricing compared to other places we went to and amazing service. Brett was flexible, helpful, honest and down to earth. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

We brought in wedding rings for resizing — the rings once belonged to my grandparents and so we really appreciated that Brett was careful and thoughtful about adjusting them. Super friendly, responsive when I reached out about an appointment, and helpful in explaining everything to us!

I can’t thank Brett at House of Milner enough for what he was able to do for me! I had a non-traditional idea as a woman to create a custom engagement ring to propose to my fiancé so that he could have a ring to wear during our engagement as well. Brett truly listened to my ideas for this ring and made them come to life. I walked in to house of Milner slightly discouraged after talking with a couple of other jewelers who didn’t entertain my idea. After only a short conversation, Brett had found the perfect emerald stone for my ring and told me they would be able to complete the designs I imagined, with no problems at all whatsoever. I gave him and his team a couple of ideas for what I was imagining for the band of the ring and they somehow created a piece that was even more beautiful than I envisioned. Not only this, but I had come up with a date that I was hoping to propose by and Brett completed the project well before my deadline. Finally, the ring was kept well within my budget, which is a huge deal to get something you really love for a reasonable price. Brett was extremely responsive, personable and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend House of Milner enough.

All of the comments about Brett being amazing are completely accurate! My fiancé and I went to House of Milner to get my engagement ring — a family ring from my fiancé’s great grandmother — resized and polished. Brett told us exactly what would happen, provided an accurate timeline for when we could pick up the ring, and even told us what not to do so we wouldn’t waste money. We would go back to House of Milner Milner in a heartbeat and are in fact planning to do so next year when we look for wedding bands.
