Don't go here for the love of god and waste your time, its boarded down and it was only used for the movies purposes. I've personally never been there because there's no need. As of now its just a ''tourist attraction'' even though there's nothing to see - only some graffiti on the side of a boxing glove and that's it, pathetic excuse of an attraction of you ask me. And as other people have said, its a dangerous area of Philadelphia. DO NOT bring your kids. There's needles on the floors and its just not a good area. They got a coffee shop as people are saying.. but WHICH AREA DOESNT HAVE A GOOD COFFEE SHOP!?!?!? It's utterly ridiculous. If your maybe passing by to get to somewhere and this buildings near you, then sure, go ahead and look at it for a quick minute or 2. To improve it, I'd say add back in the signs and posters or something to make the vibe better. There's people asking for an actual boxing gym to be there but that's IMPOSSIBLE and a FOOLISH request because it would be PACKED with 100+ people in there, and as far as I know in the movie there was only room for about 30 or under. Please don't go.

So cool to be here! The buildings that were Adrian's Pet Shop and "Andy's Bar" are all still standing on this block too!

A lil piece of Philly history. I wish they preserved the building or turned it into something that pays homage to Rocky and Mick.

Of course the area is bad. But it was the hood in the movies so no surprises there. So amazing to stand here. Such an iconic piece of history. If you have kids please be extra careful there are literally needles in the street and on the front step, some we moved to take some photos. Be careful ! Check out the pizza place caddy corner. . Nice man inside have us the vip. I wish someone would buy the this place and just make it into a simple gym or youth center. We wanted to go to his apt. Was told some folk got car jacked for the sane vehicle we were in so we passed( for now ) couldn’t see the statue it steps due to Labor Day activity. Cannot wait to go back now that I know more.

I love that I got to stand at the very place, see it with my own eyes but there was no love!. Trash lined the streets at every spot and my heart broke...omg not one single f$%# was given across the entire city.

Having loved the Rocky movies since I was a kid, seeing Mighty Mick's was awesome. The train came by on the elevated track while I was out there which was a familiar sound from the movie.

SackLifeOfficial Punch Across America Day 6 happened here its such an iconic spot from the rocky movies. The big red building looks just as good as it always has in the sun even though the sign is gone the legend still remains. Adrian's famous pet shop used to be right across the street

A piece of history. Sure, it's boarded up and an all but nothing place but cool to visit and grab a photo. It's in a rough area of town so don't go at night like a fool. We caught the metro there from the city in the day and walked up to it. Interesting to see. Don't go any further, gets rougher as you move deeper in 24th district.

YO! This isnt a real gym but they used the front of the building to make it seem like it was big enough for rockys training location. It is a run down building which became a small dollar store a few years ago. Now its is sealed off from getting in. The upstairs was a storage area and too small for anything big. The area is really bad so dont eyeball people if you do show up and take pics!
