Brought shoes from here one year old, the shoes were very cheap quality, they ripped apart in a short time of purchasing them, and they were expensive. Plus the service wasn't great.
I won't shop here again.

I have never been to location in Philly, however I ordered a pair of La Scarpa Robinson Crocodile and Lizard boots that I assumed were coming from the store on Delancey St in New York and I ended up getting a fake pair of La Scarpa's (which are supposed to be Italian Leather Boots) from Philly that were made in Mexico. I'm deeply disappointed especially after getting many high end exotics from Michele Oliveri

Their exotic skin shoes are comfortable and their prices are very reasonable. I get my Gators, Lizards, Ostritch and more at the South Philly location.

I had the worst experience shopping I ever experienced in all my life, I saw a beautiful pair of shoes, when I asked what size the shoes were, the worker, was extremely rude, and we had a verbal altercationin the store, the customer service in this store is the worst I ever witnessed in my life, I will never purchase shoes at this location again

I'm born in Phila, Pa., Retired from the Military. I now live in New Jersey. My experience is that I will never buy anymore shoes online, it is the worst experience. However once I found Oliver Shoes online I called them. They encouraged me to come in. Ever since that day, I've been going to them to get the real thing. For whatever reason I can never just go in and get one pair. Always and never forget this one thing. You only get what you pay for. Cheap shoes are cheap, but great shoes made are not cheap. I know greeting is important , but most stores with 4 Star items, are not going to speak because cheap people are everywhere and looking to get great shoe cheap. What I have learned is that the more you buy the more they are likely to provide you a discount. Be well!
