The girl in there was horrible everytime. I will be calling corporate and I wanna speak to the manager,I never had a issue until this girl worked here she has bad service. I asked a question and she waved her hands,I let her know about herself,this girl called me the B word,she needs to be fired. Talking all that trash cursing and acting a fool and almost made me whip her behind. She is outteapocket,I definitely want to see a manager tomorrow. And the guy that was just standing there is outteapocket he said nothing to her. And the other young lady just laughing,she was disrespectful,so I cussed her out. I never had a issue until this girl. This makes no sense,I definitely will call corporate the only thing that saved her was because I have kids.

Very friendly team working here. They helped me narrow down my options and choose a phone that fits my needs and budget. I was told I could not return the phone if I don't like it. That is contrary to the return policy I read. Unfortunately, they do not carry any accessories for the phone they suggested. I needed a screen guard and case. They said the accessories would be in the following week. When I went in the following week, they told me they don't have them, and said they needed to order some. Of course I dropped my phone the same day and cracked the glass. I decided to just order my accessories online rather than go back to this store. I don't feel confident that they ordered it. I would use this store again for making payments, but not for purchases.

I bought 2 phones here a year ago and the clerk told me he was going to add phone insurance for a 10 dollar fee. Never really thought much of it until I needed to use the insurance recently and come to find it was NOT phone insurance but some cyber security bundle that I never once even used. I'm so happy I wasted over $100 for something I was under the impression was something else

The young man Sharukh at the Metro Store at Frankford Terminal was very helpful. He sold me a wonderful phone and I am very satisfied.
