I really like this Metro by T-Mobile store I got the wife a phone and Richard help me set up and I went back the next week with an unlocked phone and he put that on the Metro network Richard is the best thanks for all the help Richard would highly recommend him & this Metro by T-Mobile store!!

They misrepresented what the phone could do. Then I was told the phone is not returnable, I wonder what does MetroPCS do about employees like this. They get a sale, but what prevents customers from switching companies? I will be pursung further with the BBB. This is my 2nd review, the first one was not being included on the average.

For one so I can report good behavior these people at this location are very helpful attend to your needs they love War veterans like myself play offer all sorts of incentives discounts very nice folks here well-stocked phones Etc I love the service at this location for once I am pleased with their courteous Behavior and such very minor no profanity just honesty and good behavior that's with most of these businesses need to adapt in order to keep people coming back or keep the customer satisfied thank you Metro
