I wanted to add a new line to the account and that was all I wanted. I came with my own phone. The CSR was friendly and helpful in the beginning. At some point he offered a tablet for cheap. I know it requires service, it's a standard practice. But the CSR framed it in a way that adding a new line, which was the reason of my visit, would be sufficient to get discounted price for the tablet. That was odd. I agreed and chose a 10 GB plan for $30 for thie new line. At the end, the CSR declares I owe money for 2 lines. Which makes perfect sense, but I was misled to believe that it wasn't the case. I turned down the offer and stuck with only one $30 phone line. When I came home and glanced over the receipt, I discovered I was charged $40. I called customer service and was told phone insurance and call details services were added to the line. Eventually, they gave me a discount, aligned my account so that this new line had unlimited internet, and removed the unwanted features. The reason for 2 stars is because I was given some service. I went to another T Mobile location prior to this visit, and we were downright denied help.

I went to the Grant Ave Metro store today to try to fix my phone or bite the bullet and get a new one. Brenda was extremely helpful as she attempted to fix my phone and tried multiple ways to get my service right. I bought a new phone and Brenda was very efficient as other customers came and went. My experience was one that left me grateful for Metro PCS and especially employees like Brenda.

If you’re considering coming here, be sure to check your bill on your mobile app and verify your pin before you leave the store. I had to call customer service because I never set one for my account. The rep made one for me without even asking me to do so. Some may find that convenient, I don’t. Also, I didn’t ask for any of the other added services added to my account. Had the rep been honest, I would of had no problem getting other services I meant to mention but he said absolutely nothing in regards to additional services. Instead I spend $20 on things I didn’t want. I planned on adding another line later but looks like I’ll just go to a corporate location next time.

Outstanding service, my girlfriend visited a few locations ( not having a phone for a week) and the only store/ person willing to help her was Luis at this location.. it literally took him 5 maybe 10 minutes and the problem was fixed. Thank you Luis for your help and getting it done!
