Terrible attitude, went there yesterday to ask for help with my bill and the gentlemen with the beard treated me terrible and clearly did not want to help me with something so simple.

Bad customer service. The tall male pakistan guy with
the beard I believed Overcharged my new cellphone purchase saying that I only had to pay $120 for a moto cell phone. Then couple minutes later, he started laughing and all of a sudden changed this to $150 for me to pay. He even said that's why he overcharged my phone, while trying to argue with me. After I signed up, for a new cellphone at this store, employee used my personal information without permission to make a personal call to play on my phone saying "police, police this is the Philadelphia police." He called me using a private number like 5 times just to say that. Already took this complaint to corporate and got the receipts to prove that he called my cellphone a couple of hours later, the same day he signed me up. I put this post up, so the owner of the store can see. Corporate sent a memo to this store for the owner I hope he got too.

I went to Metro and Ran into Metro Amanda she is a one women powerhouse. she actually worked with over 7 people within an hour but she was fast and straight to the point. she was amazing. Her co worker came in late, lazy and with an attitude, he was cursing and had a super attitude. I really hope she is a manager soon because she keeps this business going.

****Don't go here especially if you're older. Overcharged me for phone was supposed to be free and with activation should've cost $84-90 checked with Metro they charged me $188 still waiting to get reply from corporate was ripped off by one of the little independent stores as well . Don't know where to go anymore. Honesty doesn't exist wish had read reviews before going there how do they have a 3.8 IF YOU READ THE ONE REVIEW WHERE MANAGER CONTACTS THE CUSTOMER DON'T GET HOPES UP MAYBE WITH BEHAVIOR ISSUE BUT WHEN COMES TO BEING RIPPED OFF , YOU'RE SCREWED!

Metro is the worst most horrible nightmare of a mobile company! When did this happen? I think it started when Tmobile took over! I despise this company so much. Phone won't work unless I'm connected to the wifi in my home! Lately it won't work even when I'm connected to my home wifi! What the!?? Phones should work whether you are connected to wifi or not! That's part of the service! That's the unlimited I'm paying for. I left. I won't be back. I mean what I say. Read my reviews they will tell you plenty about me but most of all they tell you how honest I am.
