Customer service is the best no one else is so nice. Horrible. Service rep named. Rom. Cannot speak English. Very rude...... customers always. Leaving his store.

Here the store is deceiving, I wanted to buy a phone, the price is written in the same store.
He says What no such price. He also doesn’t want to work at all. Either he’s tired or he’s not in the mood, I don’t want to talk to him. I want to contact the company. Why do you hire such workers? I was in this store today, today is the date 07.19.2024

So let me tell you about my experience. I went yesterday to get a new phone I desperately needed. Right off the bat before my account was even pulled up; he tried to sell me some deal about a third line and a lower monthly bill I can come back in 10 days to switch it back. I was very hesitant but we went with it. Later, I was then locked from getting into my google account to transfer anything because it blocked me. I called the rep back and he said I could come back in FOUR DAYS with an old phone to activate the number..um no. One call to corporate and I have my original number back that shouldn't have never been switched. I felt like I was taken advantage of bc I was alone, in a bind and had to leave the store with a new phone and the rep knew that. I recommend everyone to NOT go to this location and I already reported this rep to corporate. Oh, and the kicker- I couldn't get a receipt because the "printer was broken" I got a pic of the computer screen with other customer's information. I had Metro for years and years and never once experienced this and I write this long message to hope others don't have to as well.

I purchased a new phone about a month ago from Apple and I went to get my number switched to my new phone and during the process of that the person that was helping switched my plan to a more expensive one. I tried to pay my bill recently and saw that I owed money on my last bill. And when I called metro to try to get it resolved they told me that I had to pay the balance that was owed. So yea I wouldn’t recommend this metro.
