They always close early and never answer the phone the sign says they close at 5:00 , I sped down and got here at 4:00 the light are on and no gates are down I’ve been calling and knocking the door but no one came to the front , TERRIBLE SERVICE SHUT IT DOWN

the young male worker there is really unprofessional. they have poor customer service skills and act like they really don't want to be there nor help. they take long personal calls and be loud about it, while working with customers? there's more, but I will stop there

I went in there July 31,2020 & a young woman waited on me, She was very nice, But she lack Customer Service professionalism real bad!!!! She never ask me wht phone plan that I wanted @ all, She just put me on $40.00 plan, It was a man waited on other customers, We R in a Pandemic 2020!!! Covid-19 !!!!He did not have a mask on nor did his customers 5 ppl with no mask on @ all, They was loud rude & Very Rachet, Ignorant!!!! I ask her 4 a receipt, she told me that they didn't have no receipts or Bags!!! The store was dirty, They didn't no Hand Sanitizer @ all!!!! The woman that waited on me she was making personal calls on her cellphone very unprofessional!!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, THEY BOTH NEEDS TRAINING!!!!

I bought my daughter a new iPhone 11 at this store during the covid-19 pandemic for her 17 birthday The female rep there lied n lied n lied again about the contract I signed up for. We all know nothing is really free however if I ask you are you more than over and again if it's free for a third line n she says free free free free !!! why is i t stated in contract third line cost $4 a mo and if I cancel I'll pay $10 a mo wtf is this predatory or no?? Then I was told I have to have insurance but.... wait for it ..... I can cancel at anytime FREE of charge ... b******* I haven't been with this company for 30fays yet n I can't cancel contract either It's so unfair for these people n companies to take advantage of the consumer especially during a world wide crisis when if it wasn't for us they would not exist.

First the person who opened was rude. He charged me 20.00 for a phone charger. I have been a customer of Metro for 8 years. He tried to sell me a phone for over 200.00 dollars and that was a Stylus 4 phone that was my up grade. My Stylus 3 cost me 70.00 with activation a year and a half ago. He was out to make as much money off me as he could. He makes up prices on the assesories. The girl working with him stood there nodding her head at everything he said. He is teaching her how to rob people. Use ANOTHER METRO. HUNTINGTON PARK METRO IS ON BROAD STREET AND THE OTHER METRO IS AT BROAD AND OLNEY. Don't put your hard earned money in his pocket.

Just to give all you potential customers an update, You do not want to deal with this company, still not getting text messages from my new phone, many attempts to have the problem resolved, Just get many replies of " We are Sorry" not adressing the problem which is losing me Money and straining contact with my Daughter, Trust me, you do not want a Phone from this company, knowing what I know now I would definitely pay twice as much to have a fully operational phone elsewher, had to contact BBB and a lawyer, stiil all they have replied with is a bunch of I'm sorries.... GET YOUR PHONE ELSEWHERE, HONESTLY.
