Rude worker in the store. He refused to answer a question about another phone that was cheaper than the one he wanted you to buy. He removed Sim card and didn't put it back. Bad customer service.

I WISH I never signed up with themAt one point This months I had 3 devices on my one account. Because they did the old bait and switch period.And I'm quite sure I'm not the only one who came very close to. Just canceling the Entire a c p benefitI have scoliosis and running around incessantly and painfully.Literally 15-20 phone callsMind you, I ALREADY had this service but once my phone was available Metro advised me to let the service apply to my metroPlease advise as to the status asap

I have been a metro customer for at least 7 years now, Angie was the best help ever. She knew exactly what I needed done and was fast with everything. Great customer service; and the store smelled great.

I was literally robbed at 5622 Germantown Ave Philadelphia PA 19144. I was in total shock. I put in a complaint however I feel more should be done. I feel these employees should not be working. I really hope someone reach out to me. This site don't even deserve a star. I am a value customer and want to be treated with respect and handled with care

I purchased a charger that wasn't compatible with my phone and asked for a refund she refused (the store manager) to refund my money cause she felt as though it worked good enough for her she also tried to tell me that my phone was old insinuating that I should up grade my phone.

There should be an option for zero stars. Came to this store in order to see what phone upgrades I was eligible for. I've been a customer with metro since 2018, and have upgraded my phones at least 3 times since then, so it's fair to say I'm pretty familiar with how the process works, I even called customer service to make sure I was eligible, which they confirmed. I arrived at the store and spoke to an extremely rude employee who seemed to be allowing a non-employee to ask other customers if he could buy their old phones off of them, which I'm sure is against policy, however that wasn't my issue. I informed the woman that I was there to check my upgrade eligibility, to which she responded "oh, you're definitely eligible for an upgrade I can tell you that right now", that was the first red flag, because I hadn't given her my name, number, or any other information about myself. I literally could have been anyone, being offered an upgrade without any information regarding my phone service. She proceeded to tell me that the "cheapest" upgrade she had was $150, for a phone that was not on display in the store. I told her i couldn't afford that much, she then asked me "well what are you working with?" That was the 2nd, *crimson* red flag.When I asked about the phones that were on display, (there were about 7-9) she claimed that they were ALL "old" and that she only had the newer ones in stock. I asked her for a list of prices, she claimed she couldn't provide that. I then asked her if she needed to memorize every price of every phone, since there were no prices for anything other than "old phones" to which she shockingly responded "yes". I asked her if any of the "old" price points applied to the mysterious and elusive "new phones" and she said no.It was at this point that I expressed my skepticism when it came to this employee's and this store's business practices. I told her that it seemed quite sketchy and hard to believe for a cellphone store to only display outdated phones that are no longer in stock, with outdated prices and no signs or disclaimers explaining this. She responded by insulting me, saying "if you cheap, just say that." I refuted the insult and told her that it was not a matter of being "cheap", I just don't think I deserve to be cheated simply because I walked into her store and she felt like taking advantage of me needing a new phone. She proceeded to yell profane language at me as I was leaving the store, and I informed her that I would be contacting her manager as well as corporate. If you don't want to have your intelligence insulted by someone who thinks they're smart enough to attempt to rip you off, avoid this store. This employee is clearly an opportunistic thief, I think I was just the first person to call her on it.
