My experience is always horrible every time I come to this store people in there don't want to do their job I can't never pay my bill the system always down it's always something in the store I don't know why the store is up and running

Usually my experiences are good however I'm living a nightmare created by an employee at this location right now and I really doubt services there all together.My phone was hacked so I went in and bought a new phone with a new # to take the place of the hacked one.To my surprise my new phone shut off and I found that metro was now billing me for 130. For a brand new line.I tried going back to the store to put the phone on my original line so the 130 would disappear and after an hour with the rep I still don't have my new line on and in order to have a phone I was forced to reactivate the phone that was hacked . The phone I was originally getting rid of.Because of this mess I've lost time with work since I work independently from home

Don't come to this store, they robbed me. They refused to give me a receipt or see my invoice or even to speak to a manager. Customer service said they cannot help me since it was the store directly.

On Monday, June 27th, 2022 myself and my mother had drove to the Metro store on Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia, Pa cause my mom needed another phone. Once inside, we had a great experience with the two people that works there. They were very knowledgeable about the phone that my mom had wanted and were patient with us while my mom was making a decision on what phone to get and once she made a decision they took time to explain her new phone to her and that meant a lot to her as well as to myself. We will shop again at this Metro store in the near future.

This store is horrible!!!! This Spanish knuckle head did not like his authority challenged!He created a hostile environment and with his body language and made me leave the store and then locked the door.I couldn't believe it.....he just went left for no reason.

I want to commend the manager of the store at 6901 Stenton,Angela. She is helpful,informative and without a doubt patient. She has helped me several times. Taking time to make sure I understand. One time she was alone in store but she did not rush me even though other customers had come into the store. I hope she is recognizedfor her great customer service. I have been to several Metro stores with sad results, so it is nice to find someone who can answer your questions and is willing to do. I am an older person.

At 2:30 pm I called this place to see if they had the iPhone Xr for my daughter on there site it said they had it, so I gave them a call and they said they had a lot in. So I’m inside the store and all ask about the iPhone xr and they said they had none in stock. Please don’t waste your time going here drive the extra mile somewhere else

Love this place not the best but not the worst, I've been with them for a long time. U can see them firm the street, but since the Corona virus they broke into the stores and took all the phones, so for the present moment some of them are not open....sorry but do check them out when open back up

The hours posted means nothing. Sunday hours are supposed to be 11am to 5pm yet no one is there on a Sunday at 3:30pm. It's not the first time either. That's bad business and a waste of customers time.

Quick and polite staff only problems is there are only 2 chairs for the entire store so be prepeared to stand.
