Costumer service only useful if you’re 60+ and don’t know how to turn on your phone and need to be baby-stepped through that. Anything beyond that they have no idea what they’re doing and are useless.Just go to the corporate store if you need help with anything more complicated than downloading an app or turning on your phone.Guy there bricked both my phones after I tried to transfer my SIM card to a new phone, then got an attitude and tried to charge me $20 for putting a SIM card in a phone … which I could’ve done myself.Went to corporate and everything was fine within 10 minutes.

All they do is sit outside in the car talking to boyfriends and smoking weed. I rushed down to the store to pay my phone bill only for them to tell me the system was down and the manger left. Which was a complete lie. That manager literally walked up a min later
