Mike cool and had problem with something else and called customer service and they had me on line and then said I can't help you or settle my problem. Told me nothing she could do and that was it so I WOULD never go there again, screw metro...........ps 20 yr customer .not no know

Saeed told me that they don't take payment for insurance. I was at another store the day before and unfortunately their systems were down but they were fully capable of taking my payment as I was told to do so by Metro. Assurant wouldn't have the pay in store option if this was the case. Clowns. Garbage service.Update: I went to a different metro on Germantown Ave and they took the payment and resolved it.
