On 6/14/2023 . I walked in to the store to pay my bill. My bill was $132 gave the associate $140 dollars in cash. I asked the associate for a recipe and I was told that I would just receive a text message. The text message came 2 hours later saying I only paid $60. If you go to pay your bill please use a card. I don't want them to still your money like they stole my money.

I paid my bill, however I find at each of the Metro stores I have visited, they have a huge staff turn over. What's with the $5 fee. Then they charge you for using your credit card. I know the one on the 7500 block of Haverford avenue charges for using a credit card. Otherwise the bill was paid, just a different cashier.

My husband and I normally pay our bill on the app. This day he decided to go into this location and pay by cash. When he arrived at my office to pick me up , he stated that he had paid the bill. I told him that was very odd because our phones normally received verification text confirming payments. Not to mention that day I extended our bill for 72 hours to give him time to get to the store . Well we wake up 72hours later... As I had suspected... we still owe a bill and our phones are shut off. What happened to our money? Why are our phones off? This is a horrible store. We will definitely never recommend this place for paying in person to anyone!

I went to update my account this morning and was met by an impatient, abrasive and unapologetically rude manager. My account was not updated properly and my billing issue was not resolved or addressed. Very disappointed by the level of service to my community.
