The man that's in there is so helpful he's tall and skinny I forgot his name but you can go to him for any help you need

Its not the best Metro store and not cause of bad help its cause under staffed usually one guy handling lots of things I mean if you got 3 people ahead of you and there all getting new phones activated then imagine the wait time if one guy working even 2 guys aint enough for the buisness they get should be 3 employees minimum

The guy was soooooo patient. I came to switch to Metro. My previous company gave us a hard time and he was waiting with me for more than 3 hours.
