My bill is due so they are gonna shut off my phone I'm being overcharged more than double I can't walk all the way down there they close soon yet they don't answer the phone so how am I supposed to resolve this? This is honestly insane!

Came here to get new 2 phones and the worker Hakim was very helpful and gave us great deals. I went into the store with my 1 year old and 10 year old niece and he was very patient with us. He was very personable, and very nice! Every other metro I went into before this one the workers acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Definitely go here and see Hakim!

I walked in last night 3/28/24 around 6:15 the girl was sitting in the chair, charging her phone and asking if I needed help, I stated I needed a new phone..I walk up to a phone her first thing she said was THIS WILL BE LIKE 350 DOLLARS IF YOU GET THIS, instantly made me uncomfortable, then insisted on telling me the cheapest phone was 160 which then I told her I don't want the cheapest phone..I look around shes still trying to sell me on phones but i felt rushed I turned and told her id like to wait for my brother to get there to help me choose a phone, mind you ive said this multiple times..as I'm standing there waiting again she says well how about when your waiting you look at phones and again i said I'm waiting for my brother but at this point I was tired of feeling rushed and walked out . I get commission is big but she wasn't trying to give me the right option she was just looking for commission and rushing me..I will not be returning here and I've been a customer for over 5 years I ended up going to Metro on Columbus Blvd and the gentlemen there was professional, answered my questions and DID NOT rush me out the store will be going there for now on

I went to this store yesterday because my phone was dropping calls constantly. In less than 5 minutes Anthony checked my settings & turned off my wifi calling function. He explained that signals were probably getting confused between my wifi & the wifi callingMy phone is now faster, battery life is longer & no more dropped calls.If you are having any phone problems this is the place to go.Thank you Anthony

She put insurance on my phone, and never even asked me if I wanted it on my android phone that was mine and they didn't give me a receipt because they were out of paper, so I was told to take a screenshot of there screen with other peoples information on it. Something isn't right. ?

This is the 4th metro I've been today (the first 2 were closed and the 3rd had nasty attitudes), and as soon as I walked in, they were the livest crew! Very welcoming energy, funny as hell and good with customers, understood exactly what I needed done and got it done in less than 10 mins flat. They all deserve raises! Lol thanks yall ?
