I been a metro customer for 7 years today was the first time I ever went to a metro location and was not able to get help the sales clerk was not very helpful and didn’t listen to anything I was saying he basically said he hate customers like us that but phones from these other stores than want to switch them to another carrier and he didn’t want to mess with it but none the less we left I called customer service and they were able to switch the phone with no problem. FYI the phone was a T-Mobile phone as well as the sim needless to say the metro on 56 vine is the worst no wonder it was empty

I dont have Metro but I'm giving yall 1 star because your female employee came in my job on 11/20/2021 & was being rude. I had to ask her 4 times to put her mask on. Once I ring her up she grabbed her items and started walking out the door before the transaction was done. I called her back to tell her she wasnt finish and she yelled at me as if it was my fault. She need some help she's bad for business

I went in to pay my bill. Absolutely horrible service. Employee was lackadaisical. Could not give change. He said he ran out of $1 bills .

Terrible customer service and very rude. Made me feel like I was interrupting his break time. I will never shop at this location again. They should hire people who actually want to work and have knowledge of the phones.

The young lady that was alone in a very busy store was very helpful she took the time and the patience to wait on me and other customers and turn although she had some rude ones come in my experience was good it's just that a new phone is difficult for me but my overall experience was pleasant because the young lady at 57th and Vine made it pleasant!!
