The person that works at this store location is very unprofessional. It's sad I had to go to another metro location just to receive the right service that only took 6 minutes.

WORST METRO IN THE CITY walked in and asked specifically for Bluetooth headphones. Dark skin guy with brown eyes looked me straight in my face and said what kind of head phones, I said Bluetooth headphones he said the whole wall behind me is Bluetooth with a nasty attitude. I looked all I see was plug in headphones and wall charger. He was trying to be lazy and smart and ended up playing himself. I worked for metro and T-mobile and they way he acted was disgusting. After telling him so he tried to point to the Bluetooth which was on the very bottom row directly behind him. So unless I can see through people how was I supposed to see that. Now I have to go somewhere else because metro employee wanted to act like they don’t need service! You do especially on that little corner!

If it all possible try to avoid this location.The service is very poor, there is a lack of information and lack of ability to provide real service. Answers to questions on account was wrong, answers to service options are wrong. When asked, was unable to tell me the owner of the store.Was unable to tell me the manager of the store. When asked was unable to tell me or unwilling to tell me his name.This store is an Associated store. Whenever possible go to only main stores that are directly part of Metro T-Mobile.This is truly important, especially when making a payment.
