Please do not go to this place. It's no longer standing. I went there today and there was no signage and the building was closed. Google maps did not update the location do not waste your time or gas.

I was sold a defective phone,called customer service numerous times and spent at least 9 hours in 2 days on the phone w them. Was directed to 3 different stores,lied to by an employee and told I was receiving an upgrade for only $40 which was a lie,and Marta told me she HAD to change my number. NEVER was told nor offered the promos I was supposed to receive all while paying for a phone that didn't work. Hung up on by customer service 3 times,spoke with 4 supervisor's, given the runaround, never received my option of an echo dot or firestick, never got the free Amazon prime.... I can go on but... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience(s) in my life. I'm a single mother and also takes care of my elderly mother and NEED my phone not only for them but I lost 3 job offers due to this along with my time and more money. Now im told to call customer service back! ha...what a joke,for what?

I was sold a used phone as new. I know for fact it was used because when I called Metro customer service for the rebate promotion, they said I can’t have the bonus because the phone wasn’t new. I can’t believe a Metro official store would deceive you like that. This is illegal!!!Update, I talked to the store manager and he refused to take any responsibility. Metro costumer service called this store “Fishy operations” they have opened an investigation.Meanwhile I am left with a used phone and no promotion!! Stay away from these dilettantes
