This is an okay store , nice people n all but it has no heat at least that’s how I feel. Everytime I go in there it’s freezing even worst then what it be outside! Y’all need to get that handled ASAP because y’all have nice customers coming in there throughout the whole day paying y’all good money n y’all ain’t even got heat in there to worm a customer up for a hot sec. Needa do whatever it takes to get that handle because that’s very unprofessional.

They’re charged me $60 for a free iPhone doing a port in when I talk to a customer service reps over the phone they told me I wasn’t supposed to pay nothing these employees working there are snakes out to get extra money make sure you get a receipt with all your charges adding up to the total they’re charging you.
