Let me start off by saying that I usually do not go to this location but I just so happen to be in center city today and I'm so glad I was. First off the customer service was top notch by Brooke, she went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately, I had an issue caused by another location and she had to escalate the issue to her Manager Mike who was absolutely amazing. Even though this store is completely out of my way, it will now be the only Metro store I will go to. I suggest all other Metro customer's do the same!! Thanks again Mike and Brooke for the outstanding customer experience!!

Just purchased a phone there 2 weeks ago and the customer service was 5 star. There were no rest rooms in the establishment and that was the only down side.

Unusually large female with a hat was unable/unwilling to help and had no knowledge on how to transfer a SIM card to another iPad . She was more interested in her lunch with chipotle than helping . Other older female in curls didn’t want to help and just stared . Sad !

Great office, great employeesBut when connecting, it is impossible to choose a tariff, only the most expensive one. I wanted to change it in my personal account, but it’s also impossible, Metro are scammers. Also, when you top up your account in the store, they charge a commission of $5, for absolutely no reason.Limit YouTube speed on unlimited plan

Metro are my phone ? provider for the past 7 or 8 years now good service good people good deal im very pleased and satisfied couldn't be more happy. So I do the automatic service so im cool I would rate them a 5 ?
