Fantastic service. I took a watch in that other jewelers had told me I'd have to send to the manufacturers (who are not responding to contact attempts). Maryanne fixed it in no time. Great communication, readiness to solve problems, and the experience to succeed. Would definitely recommend.

A good friend had highly recommended Maryanne Ritter to me and I finally got there! Each experience has been so treasured, as she is so very experienced and knowledgeable! She takes time to get to know you and your personality so that she can recommend styles and designs that fit your budget, your persona, and she is all about using high-quality products to create the perfect jewelry piece(s). In addition, the store has many of her own creations, which are just stunning. The pearl collection in her shop, in every shape and size, are exemplary. Her personality is warm and engaging, she is very professional, and she really builds a rapport with each customer. A very special and unique scenario for creating or purchasing jewelry that one will have for years to come. I am so glad that we are working with her and have already recommended her to others. She is a treasure on so many levels!!

Maryanne reset a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring. She was a pleasure to work with, really aimed toplease and did a great job! She also will repair all sorts of pieces and has a wonderful selection at her shop—much of it is vintage-style and designed by her. Affordable gifts as well.

I'm not a person who usually leaves reviews but i as just so so happy with Maryanne's work that I really felt like I must! I brought in a vintage engagement ring that my partner and I found while antiquing. I loved this ring but not the style of the band. I went to another jeweler to get it altered and they really didn't execute the vision I had in mind. I brought it to maryanne and she understood exactly what I wanted! She helped me decide if I wanted to alter the band or replace it and then she made the changes beautifully. Plus it was $200 cheaper than another quote I received. Her handmade jewelry is gorgeous and she is also so sweet and fun!! Highly recommend!

Maryanne patiently guided me through resetting my engagement and anniversary band and turned my rings back into pieces I love. I can't say enough about her eye or talent. She encouraged me to use all of my own stones, which saved money and recognized the sentimental value, and left me with extra sapphires that I'll be able to reset one day into another piece. And she even told me where to go to sell my old settings and get a fair price for the metal.

Maryanne is far and away the best jeweler I've met in town. She has 50+ years of experience, and she does the vast majority of benchwork herself. She's BEYOND knowledgeable - she's an absolute expert. Moreover she is creative, brilliant, and kind. She specializes in restoration/recreation of vintage/heirloom pieces - a job other local jewelers have turned away. Whether remaking old pieces or creating new ones - pick Maryanne (now on 4th between Bainbridge and Fitzwater!!!!). I look forward to working with her for many years to come.
