We could not be more satisfied with the level of service Marks Medical provided for our hospital bed rental. They were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. They were on time for delivery and pick up and always responded promptly to our calls. There are no negative comments to be made. Far exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend. I had trouble finding a wheelchair rental last minute and Marx was not only able to supply one, but they were so accommodating in making sure the delivery and pickup was convenient for me. Plus they proactively explained how cancellation insurance worked and I ended up getting it given the event I needed the wheelchair for was still very TBD given the weather forecast. And thank goodness I got it as the event did end up getting canceled the day before. Special thanks to Nichelle Cruz who was particularly friendly, communicative helpful on the phone! Would definitely use Marx again!

I called Marx and spoke with Ms. Cruz she was very professional. She handled my rental for start to finish and I can definitely say I will choose Marx again for rentals. She helped me pick the right one for my grandmother for her to get around town. Thank you Nichelle and Marx for your service.

Today I went to Marx medical I was interested in getting a wheelchair. Nichelle helped me she was very nice, great customer service definitely recommend working with her when going to Marx. They were all helpful highly recommend.

The reclining Wheelchair was perfect. The headrest was great and the chair reclined easily and went back far enough for my mom to relax and enjoy her 90th Birthday celebration. Delivery and pick-up staff was very nice and professional. Great Customer Service!!!

The best customer service representative I ever worked with! It's challenging to navigate through medicare system to get incontinency supplies for my aging father but Melita has been truly AMAZING helping me with all the details of the order and making sure that every month, my parents receive the supplies needed. One less thing we have to worry about. I wish all medical care workers are this responsive to the needs of patients and follow through with their responsibilities! Thank you!!

I called Marx Medical Equipment and spoke with Nichelle she was very helpful with options for at home hospital bed. I was provided with different options. Once I’ve selected the bed. I purchase it Friday and was delivered Monday. I’m glad I did business with them. I’ve called several places prior to calling them. Thank you for great service

This was the first time that I have rented a scooter. It was delivered to the hotel 10 minutes after I arrived the young man that delivered it took time to explain the proper way to use it there was one item that was not working he gave me the option to have the scooter replaced or except his scooter and he will report the area that was not working so I would not be charged for it.I am from State of Illinois and I rented a scooter in Philly the young lady that placed the order over the phone I didn’t know what I was ordering I didn’t know what to ask for she was very calming and helpful these are wonderful people to work with.
