I will definitely use Maria Quattrone & Associates when my partner and I look to buy our forever home in the tri-state Philadelphia area. We relocated from the Los Angeles area so I could spend time with my mother in 2019. Sadly because of the Covid crisis we were unable to go through with our plans to buy. But, Maria Quattrone and her team showed us some great options in our price range, updated and changed what they were able to show us as our needs changed and then graciously agreed to represent us the next time we were in a position to buy. We dealt with Dara Ellis as our main contact. I have purchased homes in California in the past and it was a grueling experience. Dara's friendly, informative, no pressure and upbeat vibe during the entire process made me feel like we were dealing with an life long friend. Thank you, Dara and Maria and the entire staff for taking such good care of us. We will definitely give you our business when the time is right for us again. I highly recommend this company. I was hesitant to deal with an East Coast real estate firm and I had a negative experience with the first company I approached who actually told me my life style might make it difficult, I was shocked.
