This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I am very disappointed and upset by the lateness and lack of communication from the owner of this hall! The contract I was giving was the WRONG date and he didn’t send me a new one until a week before my event ! All of the 1,100 was paid in full before the event and then the day of event they hit you with a surprise cleaning fee of $300! I was also RUSHED out of my party with 40 minutes left unable to fully enjoy myself after a bunch of money was sent . I’m very DISGUSTED and this was my 25 birthday party and I should have been accommodated as the customer after you got my money . VERY GHETTO, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very unprofessional and ghetto. Poor customer service and feeling of being scammed. You pay for 4 hrs and they use ur last hour to rush u out and clean up. Lights was turned on with 45minutes left in my party. This is $300/hr. My decorator was forced to break down before party .The bathrooms were horrible and then they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the end of the night. For what? We cleaned up. I was so dissappointed.VERY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in this hall. A friend of mine threw a party here and was not only told multiple different prices after booking, but also had her party shut down an hour early. The communication was also extremely unprofessional.

I would not recommend this place. Some of the staff are rude! They have family members walking through the event space while the event is going on. When we viewed this place prior it should have been a red flag when the same lady was yelling and cursing towards the children she had with her. Then another man was playing the guitar. It was just unprofessional, but we were giving then benefit of the doubt. The hall needs a face lift, I almost fell in the women’s restroom because the tile is broken and I slid after tripping over it. We were being rushed out, and it wasn’t even exact time for us to leave. The lady started flickering lights as she watched us clean. We could’ve left it to them to clean everything, but we didn’t we assisted them being nice. We asked if they had another trash bag the lady responded “not for y’all” those 2 older women were so ignorant it didn’t make any sense. The security guy was pretty cool. I need antibacterial soap for the servers in the kitchen and he got us some. I definitely wouldn’t book again. And as a caterer I always have clients that need venues. Please do better.

When we booked the place they guy was really nice gave us the time and date confirmed and signed a contract two months later and a week before the party called and told me it was a typo and that he could not accommodate the hours and even though it was a typo he knows for a fact he told us a different time and when I told him I can’t adjust my time and that I would like a refund he became very rude and told me that he wasn’t rude I was just upset! So disappointed! And I never write reviews but this almost ruined my daughter’s event if I could give no stars I would have! Please make sure and go over everything before walking out
