The employees at this store provided excellent customer service. I called from out of town to buy a purse, and they went above and beyond; they found the item and held it for me, and the purse was shipped the same day that I placed the order. Thanks so much!

Hi! We love Madewell but there is definitely an issue with the dust and cleanliness of the store! It seems like there could be a very easy solution for the several employees working there to quickly vacuum up the hundreds of dust pile-ups throughout the store and especially on the staircase, which detracts from the overall experience of shopping there. Very unfortunate but seemingly an easy fix which I hope can be implemented.

Ok I am cheap.... Never have I ever spent 128 dollars for a pair of jeans. But these jeans fit perfectly and though I intended to only buy a pair of jeans I ended up with two pairs. Staff was attentive and so helpful. Truly a wonderful customer experience. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing customer service, from speaking on the phone to in person, my experience is five stars all across the board.This is their stunning flagship store, with a denim bar and men’s section and sales section upstairs. Everything is organized and aesthetically displayed, and yes, they do have an elevator as well.For every pair of denim you bring in, no matter where it’s from, you do get $20.00 off a full priced denim here which is absolutely lovely.I look forward to shopping here in the near future, thanks to the lovely sales associates who assisted me!

This is their flagship store and they have a Men's department. Their staff provide top notch service and apparently there is a jean exchange program. Just bought some stuff last week.

Jessica and Kristle are sooo sweet and helpful! Whenever I'm in the store, we always end up talking about makeup and wellness lol. It's always fun to shop here, and a range of sizes are in stock whenever I go.
