Incredibly helpful and friendly service. Went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot my MacBook. While I was in the store I also witnessed an employee help another woman find an antiquated charging cable to finish her walking tour with a group of middle schoolers. Would definitely shop here again!

Good repair, reasonable price, pretty quick. Guy who helped me was professional and quickly diagnosed my laptop's issues. Said it would take 3 business days to get the part and replace it and it took exactly 3 business days.

I didn't get my MacBook repaired because the parts are easily available because of covid-19. Was given some very helpful information about how to work around my issues while I wait.
