Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!

Isaiah always takes care of me when I come. Excellent customer service and easy to work with insurance. They help you get to the nearest car rental locations and will assist in returning your rental if needed.

The customer service here is unmatched. The employees are very caring. Isaiah was very helpful and patient. This was my first time experiencing an accidental situation. Isaiah was very informative and helpful through my whole entire process. He is very knowledgeable. He guided me through my entire process.I would highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience working with Isaiah replacing a cracked bumper on a VW. He sourced the replacement part locally, suggested a way to save by repurposing an existing part, and had the work done, all within a few days and for a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great experience with Isaiah and his team! I’ve gotten work on a Subaru Forester and Toyota Corolla here and both times was pleased with the price, the communication, and the customer service. They are really pleasant and a family owned business - would absolutely recommend and return again.

My vehicle was in an accident, I called Ludlow Auto repair shop. The receptionist was so polite and concerned about whether I was okay. I really appreciated her concern. I was concerned that while driving my rear tires were shaking and the owner told me to turn around, go back home we will pick up your car! Wow! What service. My vehicle was fixed and painted looking brand new. I have no complaints about Ludlow Auto.

Isaiah and his team were amazing! I stopped by after someone backed into me in a parking lot, and Ricky greeted me right away and fixed my problem on the spot. Such a great experience. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely go there again.
