Do not do not buy LG refrigerators I lost over $3000.00 on a LG refrigerator. I had a warranty for 3 years and the ice dispenser stop working. They repaired it. The warranty expired 11/23, but it had a 10 year compressor factory warranty. So I contacted LG. They wanted info off the reciet. I got my reciet and lo and behold it faded with no print visible. I went to Lowes and they can't trace any reciet after 60 days. Now I have to pay $519
for a beautiful refrigerator that only lasted 3 1/2 years. I never had a refrigerator die for over 20 years. I use to give them away and the recipients had them for years. Laminate your reciets or photograph them. Who knew they used Dissolving ink. Lesson learned.

Be careful when ordering online from this store for delivery. First of all for same day delivery (BEEARE) they use a third party company to pick up your order from the store then that party delivers to you. Once Lowe’s releases your order, it is now under their responsibility to and they refer you to them for tracking.
Yesterday I my elderly parents window AC unit quit working on them, a with the heat wave they’re having they needed one asap. I place order for same day delivery on Lowe’s website, with an extra fee ofcourse, which a gladly paid. Nowhere did it say that they use a third party for those deliveries.
Now we’re on day two still no delivery, Lowe’s says one thing, third party delivery says another. 5:30 pm was promised driver would deliver no later than 1 hour. 7 pm came still no delivery and both Lowe’s and delivery carrier closed ……to be continued I guess

Customer service was the worst. We wanted to do a price comparison and they were acting like they had never heard of it before. Asking a lot of questions like who told you to come up to customer service and why you didn't go to a regular register. Smh.

A shopping cart was stolen from this Lowe's and abandoned around my house. It has bounced around the block for roughly two months. I called to see if they would come and retrieve the cart. In addition to being told no - which is ridiculous - I believe that the "manager" who was the second person I spoke to, insulted me on the phone. I was initially inclined to load it into my minivan and drop it off for them. Forget you! I'll still shop here because it's less than 10 minutes from my house, but I'll have to double check prices against Home Depot, which is only five minutes further away.

Shop your store all the time really can find most things on my own. But, today needed help with light bulbs needed 10 different kind. Pushed button for help three times no one came. So I went to customer service they paiged the associate that works that area no one showed up.

WOMAN IN THE LIGHTING DEPARTMENT WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL,TOOK A PHOTO OF MY LIGHTING AT HOME,SHE HANDED ME ONE,I ASK HER WAS SHE SURE THIS IS THE ONE,SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT SURE,I ASK HER IS THERE SOMEONE ELSE THAT I CAN TALK TO,JUST TO MAKE SURE IM PURCHASING THE RIGHT LIGHT,SHE TOLD ME ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! TOLD HER LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR,THE SUPERVISOR WAS WALKING ME BACK TO HELP ME,THE WOMAN APPROACHED ME AGAIN, I TOLD HER THAT ENOUGH, I DONT GO BACK IN FORTH,THAT WHAT REVIEWS ARE FOR,AS A VETERAN,SOMEONE NEEDS TO TELL HER TO TIGHTEN UP,SHE CAN TALK TO HER BOYFRIEND THAT WORKS IN THE CAGE SECTION WHERE I LOCATED HER AFTER SHE HELPS THE CUSTOMER, THAT WHY SHE WAS MAD I INTERUTED HER CONVERSATION, SAD!!!!
