I went here to purchase a carpet pad around 4p on a Tuesday. I wanted some guidance from staff, but the first employee I encountered indicated they weren't knowledgeable, which is fine. After some questioning, they indicated I should go ask at the customer service desk. There they put out an announcement to the store and told me to go back to flooring to meet an employee. I met no one and gave up and left after waiting 10 mins. I also was looking for a light switch and the employee said they stock very few and it's better just to order online. So an underwhelming experience to say the least.

I was there recently and and associate Gary T first he tried to sell me the wrong item. I asked for a bit set for screwdrivers and he showed me impact bits. Then he hands me one with cracked case. I know it's a simple fix but I was annoyed. Then I explained I had opened a credit card and had a temp pass that I didn't use but I forgot it. He says I need to show my coupon. I said I'm here ali the time but he didn't seem to care and me attitude. I know it sounds ridiculous. I mean I know people ain't perfect and can make mistakes and he was only doing his job asking for my proof but I am super annoyed and me and my husband won't be back. Guess you had to be there to really understand

I placed an order 6/10/24 and didn't receive it until 6/21/24. I had to make several trips to Lowes to rectify the problem. Very disappointed with this location.

Poor customer service and communication. They accept orders they cannot fulfill. Order lumber for same day delivery. Items were never picked for on time delivery. Called multiple times to only be placed on hold with no response from a customer service member. I asked for a manager to only be left on hold again. Poor management and uninterested customer service team.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at your store. Despite spending a significant amount of time, approximately 1 hours, searching for a specific product, I was unable to obtain assistance from any of the employees. Furthermore, when I proceeded to the checkout counter, I encountered additional difficulties. The staff members exhibited a lack of professionalism and knowledge regarding the store's systems, resulting in an unnecessary delay of approximately one hour. It appeared that the employees were not adequately fulfilling their responsibilities or lacked the necessary training to effectively assist customers.

Service is terrible help is never around in the store. I cam in to purchase a hot water tank and no help was available so I a customer climb to a second shelf to take down the hot water tank myself after waiting 30 minutes. This is just one of many things I went through coming to this store. I highly recommend going to the county the service there is so much better for customers
