This was one of the easiest purchases thanks to Scott Winter, Sales in the Phila Mills Lomax store. I knew what I wanted, it was there and he never pressured me to look at other tiles.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lomax Carpet & Tile (even though there was a small hiccup with getting part of my order). Scott Winter is amazing! He could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable as I struggled with choosing tile and flooring for several rooms. As others have said, Scott is not a "typical salesman" or pushy in any manner. Just a very nice guy with excellent taste; he listens to what look you are trying to achieve and what will work well in your particular environment. I HIGHLY recommend Scott and will go to him for any other products that I am looking for now or in the future. I've already recommend several of my friends to Lomax and Scott.As a side note, I also want to mention the rest of the team at Lomax, everyone could not have been nicer and more helpful, including Frank, Jason and Judy!

5 StarsCraig H. Was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had several rooms with different types of carpet for each. He listened and made suggestions for each. Installation was quick and professional. Prices were competitive with surrounding stores. Will purchase again.

Working with Scott was a pleasure!! He was so attentive and showed me samples that met my needs. Didn’t try to upsell or move me to another direction. Really the perfect salesman. Pricing was great! I would look to Lomax for future needs just to work with Scott!

Rating support I received from associate Thomas and manager Jason. The associate was helpful and available, but did not behave like a typical “salesman” that makes you feel icky. He was knowledgable and right there when we needed him, but without the feeling of looking over our shoulder like some associates do at such stores. When we returned to finalize our purchases on another day. we received support from Jason who was also knowledgeable, polite and patient. The selection was also decent. The project is still underway so I can’t comment on delivery of materials or quality at this time, but the shopping experience was good.

I went in looking for the perfect area rug to match my brand new sofas. Scott Winter helped me find the perfect rug. There were many factors in choosing the right rug but Scott was very knowledgeable about the rugs, materials & what color rugs would look best with the color of my sofas. He was super polite and professional. If you go to Lomax ask for Scott.

I had floors installed a few years ago. They are beautiful and i paid alot of money for them. Six months after they were installed they started to buckle in two seperate places. I reached three different times trying to see if i could have them fixed. I was told the contractor would come out. I finally reached him and after several attempts he came out. He took pictures and said the manager marge would be in contact. This continued three more times and the same thing occured. Contractor came out and no no calls etc. Im still stuck with a broken floor which is getting worse and still no one has attempted to help me. Im very disappoiintd and would not refer anyone to lomax or will i use them again. I know have to hire someone else to fix someone else mess.
