Best and nicest shoe repair store in the city- not expensive, has a short turn around and will return your shoes as good as new! Also, has a nice selection of shoe maintenance accessories and products! Friendly, efficient team (and serves as a nice, small shipping/ receiving location with scooter and mobility travel devices)!

Lenny's Mobility services were exceptional for us. They helped us out greatly and were very understanding at the end when we were a little messy with the return of the device and they were very understanding and worked with us every step of the way. Horrible communication from the first call. Needed to rent 2 scooters for an outdoor park, and on the day of my wife tested positive for Covid while 8 months pregnant. I called to cancel the order and had no problem paying for the transport fee and some percentage of the rental, per their agreement. Instead I was told I'd be contacted shortly, but 3 days later and nothing. Called again to speak to the owner, who was too busy to get on the call. Following day I call back and a young lady relayed the message that because I cancelled last minute they'd have to charge me whole amount. I ask to speak to him again and explain this as I'm reading the agreement which says otherwise. Instead I'm put on hold for over 20 minutes and eventually get hung up on. Taking this up with my CC vendor. Awful experience and will certainly not be using them in the future. Below is their cancellation policy on the agreement I had to sign. See for yourself."The Renter may cancel this order at any time; the Renter will be charged a cancellation feeof 25 % of the rental fee per mobility scooter/electric wheelchair/equipment if not canceled72 hours prior to the delivery date."

I visited Philly today I’m from Baltimore and while riding my scooter in a museum I caught a flat. Tried everything to fix it, was totally disappointed and sad. When I found Lenny Mobility I was either going to see if I scooter could be fixed or rent one. Mr.Lenny went above and beyond to fix my scooter.
