Spoke with the son of. The phone. Told me a car was inspected
Dad told me after i got.thwre that it was 80 more to inspect. Then when I said ok asked me to give him 100. Had to wait a extra hour after driving 3 and a half hour there ..car ended up stalling on me and breaks keep locking up. I keep calling thwm back but none responded.. I was stuck in philly..dead phone lemon car and out 5k...was told car had new breaks and roters on front..but they are no good...I'm hoping that is the problum I'm having with breaks locking up the son did take the 100 off thw bill that I paid out pocket foe the inpectiin...

I just bought my 11 BMW 328i from Legend today.
Legend Auto Sales has been great from beginning to end. Dan took his time and was very patient with us. My car runs like a dream, and I've never had a better car buying experience (private party or dealer). He and his father went above and beyond to provide fully comprehensive service for us.

I would give Legend Auto sales Zero stars but I can't. Let me explain. I Came in contact with Legend Auto sales of Philadelphia some time ago, met their rep Dan Nagrudny and I liked him. Asked him about the quality of their cars and the work they did on them...he said it was great. I trusted Dan and went ahead and bought 4 cars over 2 years Had them shipped to California. When I received the first car I noticed some haziness on the paint finish within 3 months, but thought it was something that could be polished out, I didn't know what a soon to be failing clear coat looked like. If I did, i would have notified them immediately. 9 months later the clear coat on the paint began to fail. I texted Dan and he talked to his Uncle, who owns the business. I sent photos and also paint estimates for having the damaged areas repainted. His Uncle said its too late and he wasn't responsible. I asked Dan to ask the guy who painted my car to take responsibility. He said the painter didn't work their any longer and they didn't't know where to contact him. So I asked Dan to give me the Name of the owner, phone number and contact information of Legend Auto sales, because I wanted to communicate directly with the owner [His Uncle] and possibly begin a lawsuit against Legend Auto Sales. My records were buried in storage so I wanted the contact info from Dan Nagrudny [who was my contact for the 4 cars I bought from them.] He would not give the contact information to me. I texted Dan Nagrudny 3 times and he would not respond. I have proof of this on my text stream which I still have. I asked Dan not to wreck his reputation over something so small, but he made the choice to not only blow off a customer who had purchased 4 cars in 2 years from him, but he also chose to blow off his own integrity. Sad, because I had 4 more people that wanted to buy cars. A few months ago I wrote Dan Nagrundy, the representative of Legend Auto sales again to let him know that the second car I purchased from Legend auto sales was also experiencing a failure of the clear coat. Once again I sent pictures. So now 2 out of the 4 cars I purchased from Legend Auto sales had a clear coat failure. Dan Nagrudny did not return my text. Sad, but true, reputations take a lifetime to earn and a second to lose. I trusted Da Nagrudny and thought he was an honest guy who would do the right thing.. I was wrong. Stay away from Legend Auto sales at all costs. They won't do the right thing there even for someone who has bought 4 cars from them. I am living proof of that. Stay away from Legend Auto Sales of Philadelphia. They won't do the right thing by you if you have a problem. Sad!!
