I had purchased 2 pieces of Lagos jewelry, a necklace and bracelet. After 1 week the necklace had turned black, and after 1 year the bracelet fell apart off my hand. Both have been returned to the POP. I love Lagos styles, but will not risk making another jewelry purchase from them.

I call this Philadelphia Lagos location “the jewelry box” because of how beautiful it is.This is a place where all of your jewelry dreams come true. I simply can’t get enough of Lagos. There is something for everyone here and since there has been a change in management, with a incredible young lady being placed in the Store Management position, the entire jewelry shopping experience here at Lagos is amazing, and that is so incredibly important to me.Thank you so much for listening and putting in place a fabulous Store Manager. Both Keri and her outgoing sales team are welcoming , helpful, and a joy to be in the presence of.

Lagos is not only a jewelry store of exceptional quality and design, but the customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! Recently, Sharon, from the Walnut Street shop, found the most perfect gift that I searched after for quite a while, and had it sent out to me that very day! Pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, outstandingly helpful, and of course, a beautiful necklace that will be loved by its recipient. Thank you Sharon and Lagos!

What an amazing customer service care team! I purchased a LAGOS bracelet at a jeweler in St. Lucia. The bracelet broke and I was so upset. I contacted LAGOS at this location in Philadelphia via email and the customer care team was right on it. They had me mail back the bracelet with proof of purchase and they replaced the item! Within a week I had a brand new bracelet delivered to my doorstep. Thank you LAGOS for your great care and professionalism. I highly recommend LAGOS jewelry, there are such gorgeous pieces. I’m so happy with it. And now I know the customer care team is excellent, I will purchase again! Thank you for doing the right thing and replacing my item!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful and pleasant experience at the Lagos store on walnut street with the store manager Sharon and her staff. They were attentive to my daughters needs and showed her much attention, patience, caring and understanding. Their individual customer service made us feel welcome and important. Will definitely go back again and work with Sharon and her staff Rob and Marie. You will not be disappointed.

What am amazing team they have at the Lagos store on Walnut Street. Their customer focus and service is second to none! My wife just lost an earring from a set she loves. When I took the remaining earring over to see about buying a replacement, they replaced the set to ensure the earrings still matched perfectly and only charged me for a single earring without hesitation. What a nice surprise. It's no wonder they are so successful and my wife loves to shop there so much. Thank you Lagos for staffing such a great team! Customers for life!!

Jiseon and Sharon are outstanding at what they do. Helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. It helps that they have the most beautiful products to sell, but they do it well. They made my parents 50th Anniversary a truly memorable occasion. They went above and beyond expectations and really hit it out of the park. Plus, my mother went home with two gorgeous bracelets and a ring to mark the occasion. I can only hope I find myself celebrating my 50th anniversary at Lagos one day!! You should be so lucky, too!

The jewelry is beautiful. Quite expensive for selling silver. But the website is the worst! The customer service seems clueless. To try to get to a point where you can remove items from your basket takes hours to figure out and pages to navigate. I called and emailed customer service and they keep telling me how to do it, and I keep telling them the (-) is not there. Then, I asked for receipts because when you print the receipt, it is off-center. The receipt comes to your email centered, so when you print it, half the information is missing. Need a "print receipt" button where the receipt prints properly. I asked for a receipt and their reply is you get them with your order confirmation. Yes, dear, that is correct. But half the information is missing. Your IT and web people need to go through your website as a buyer and see how stupid it is. Your customer service needs to do the same. Worst website I have ever bought something from. Pretty jewelry, though!

Beautiful jewelry but don't need customer service or repair--this jeweler is very unaccommodating. They want to charge you for repairs that you are not asking for which of course are premium priced for the service!

Although the jewelry s pretty when you get it the life span is short. I have had 3 or their bracelets I received as gifts. The tarnish and cannot be cleaned. I sent one back and they restored it somehow but the cost was around $200. Are you kidding? For silver that tarnishes very quickly it's way over priced. They use cheap materials. Not sure why anyone who has bought anything before would do it again. Buy from Yurman or another better jeweler.

food is good but customer service is very bad. They only care about making their money. I Came here to eat one day and got harassed by 3 dudes while trying to eat my food. I spoke to the manager or who ever was in charge and they did nothing about it. left me packing my food up and paying for something I didn't get to enjoy. Take your money and go elsewhere
