I have seen Kat (and only Kat) for eyebrow and eyelash services for over 2 years and I trust her implicitly to keep my face looking amazing. Her techniques encourage new growth (helpful for patchy brows). She is meticulous and goes above and beyond each time to ensure the service is done perfectly. Above all, she is incredibly kind and we have such a great time chatting about everything each time I'm there.
I also deeply appreciate Kat's (and Lacquer Lounge's) commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. I trust nowhere else!

I have been coming to see Anh for a gel manicure and regular pedi every two weeks for a little over three years and I look forward to it every time. As you can see, she does an absolutely fabulous job.
I’ve had a lash lift & tint and brow tint & shape with Kat several times and she is also wonderful.
Sara is always very helpful with scheduling, making sure I’m on the books if my regular appointment falls on a holiday.
Overall, the salon is clean and modern, everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and helpful - if I could give more than five stars I would.

This is one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! Sophy was so quick, knowledgeable, nice, and diligent. I really appreciate her educating me on how to have healthy nails. I made a couple mistakes when I was booking and she was super flexible with me. I would definitely book with her if you don’t know who to choose. The salon itself is super cute and clean. It definitely felt like a luxury experience. I did both a mani and a pedi and am super happy with the result. Will definitely return!

The salon was very nice and modern, and most of the people working there were very nice. At first, my manicure looked great. I unfortunately have to give a poorer review then I would like, because my gel manicure chipped in 1 day. I got a gel manicure, for the first time ever, before going on vacation. Since I wasn't home, I couldn't give the salon a call or get it fixed. I sent an email using their website's message feature asking questions, but unfortunately never heard back. After 1 week, the manicure had fallen off about 50%, which put a damper on the vacation.
Since I had never gotten a manicure before, I was worried I was doing something wrong. I decided to go somewhere else when I got back from the vacation, because it was a couple weeks later. I went to a different salon for the same exact manicure, and not only was it cheaper, but it hasn't chipped at all.
At lacquer lounge, my gel french manicure was $70, while at the new place I went, it was $48 and they gave me a free removal kit. For nicer, and more natural materials I would be willing to pay more. But from my experience, it certainly wasn't worth it, and I still don't know what happened to mine.

I’m sorry but I tried to avoid this at all cost but the unprofessionalism with this place is INSANE I had to leave a review. Last Sunday I got a pedicure and a set of polygel nails. My appointment was for 12 pm, I didn’t leave until 4 pm. The girl took 3 hours do a set of polygel nails with just pink polish on it. My nail tech barely spoke to me, which whatever, but damn the service was bad. I finally left at 4 pm and as I’m checking out she tells me it’s over $200. I don’t care about the price, but if you’re charging luxury prices, it should be luxury service. Which clearly it was not. By Tuesday I had already lost 3 nails. So the following Sunday I reach out to explain the situation because everyone and their mother was telling me how ridiculous it was to pay $200 and have 3 of your nails fall off in less then a week. So I call. They immediately tell me to send an email explaining the situation. Nobody gets back to that day, nobody gets back to me the day after. So by Tuesday I’m pissed. I’m emailing them and no one is. I finally got a hold of them and they gave me a partial refund. BUT save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about providing good service and who actually cares about their customers because this place clearly does not.
On a positive the receptionist was extremely pleasant the day I got my nails done and she was also the only person who spoke to me! That’s the only positive I have. Overall, not a positive experience.

Such a lovely experience! Lina was very friendly and personable; it felt like just hanging out while she was doing my nails. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing pedicure!
I had the ‘Cure all pedicure’ for the second time. I had to go back, even though I really didn’t need it since they did such a great job 3 weeks ago.
The experience is to die for!
Had to go back! Do yourself a favor! GO!

I have been going to this salon and specifically Jade for polygel manis and gel pedis for years. Her professionalism, artistry and general wonderfulness is unparalleled and has kept me coming back every two weeks for a long time. She is the best and everyone should experience a mani or pedi with her!

Great mail spot! Emma did a beautiful job with my nails (polygel). Had a lovely experience, she checked in with me during the service and helped pick my color. Place is super clean! Everyone was really friendly. Cant wait for my next appointment.
