This is the worst place. The front desk is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Quest diagnostics have professional people working at front desk. This is the third time I have personally experienced such horrible service. And I have heard others say the same specifically at this location. I am going to ask my employer to switch and do business with Quest. This is very shameful. Very poor service. If you choose labcorp (DON'T) please go to a different location.

Went on a Saturday at 9:45/10amNittia is the best! I've been following her to different locations for years and she knows what she is doing and good at it. It probably took 5 minutes total from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. I have scaring, tini veins that roll and am normally not drinking enough water so many people can't get my blood. They end up fishing around in my arm, poking multiple times and having someone else try. I NEVER have that issue with her!! One and done.So the building itself has lots of parking, very clean and seems somewhat new or redone. LabCorp in general has always been my lab of choice. The check in process was very fast and easy, especially if you have been to a LabCorp before. I just had to put my id on a slot for a computer to take a photo and then turn it upside down. Then I had to answer two questions and that was it. They also have nice size chairs so as a woman with bigger legs it's nice that I have some room and the arm rest isn't so digging into my legs. (If you know, you know ?)I suggest LabCorp for all your testing needs!After reading some of the past reviews on this location I'm honestly shocked! I'd say that you need to ask your doctors the questions not the people taking your blood. Also make sure you have the right paperwork electronically sent and to have a paper backup because sometimes the electronic ones can get messed up (not their fault) They deal with the public, all kinds of people and issues with doctors paperwork I'd also be frustrated! I've never had a bad experience!!

I went on a Saturday the front desk lady was very unprofessional. She seemed like she didn't want to help. When she called me to the back she had an aggressive tone of voice and attitude. She just left a very bad first impression for me since I've never been to this location and being that she is the very first face I see when I come in, she should be a bit more welcoming and eager to help. This made me feel that the rest of the experience would not be pleasant. They were not able to see me this day and she did not do a thorough check of my insurance or billing issue to perform my procedure for me. I do not recommend this location.

This place as far as cleaniness is nice. As for the staff a different story.
I had to take a drug test for Onforce, these 3rd party companies will be probably gone soon or a company will buy them out maybe due to ai. I work in healthcare, so I understand the stress and irritation that comes with these jobs. HOWEVER, everytime I come here for anything I'm made to feel like a burden. This is literally your job, guys. I'd get fired if I treated people like this at my job.
I went for a drug screen (I don't do drugs, this was for employment), and they treated me like a regular scrub. A child. It was humiliating. Waste of my time and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

the employees were very rude and had smart remarks to everything. not focused on there job, more so seemed like they were mad they had to do there job. definitely would not recommend anyone to this specific location. rude, unprofessional, and focused on the wrong things. the one nurse calling people in couldn’t even spell my name or phone number correctly but she had the craziest mouth towards everyone. she needs to go back to english class before she can work at a professional environment like this. shame on labcorp for employing such rude and unprofessional staff.

Went in for routine bloodwork, was told to go to one room by one tech, another tech comes in ( no intro) asked me if other tech brought my papers in there. I said no, she walked out moments later angrily shouted my name and to come to another room. She gave a plastic smile but her actions werent corresponding to her ticked off attitude. I was nervous because of, her apparently having a bad day she leaned her whole arm weight down while drawing blood. My arm was painfully sore for a week after. Thought this location would be a lot better than the other one I had gone to ....certainlydidnt expect to be scolded like a child then stabbed. Whats next WWFsmackdown? I will pay to have my routine work done from now on.
